Radiogrounds is broadcasted using SHOUTcast based servers. Most of the major media players today can play a SHOUTcast stream, including Winamp, RealPlayer, iTunes, and Windows Media Player.
Winamp and RealPlayer will launch the stream automatically when the links below are used.

Windows Media Player and iTunes require you to copy and paste the server url to their Open URL boxes (in Windows Media Player, it's under File, Open URL; in iTunes, it's under Advanced, Open Stream).
